Welcome to our 4-week NextGen Leadership Coaching Sprint. This isn’t about being the all-knowing boss. It’s about having the courage to be vulnerable; to admit we don’t have all the answers, or to think we know what’s best, and to invite our team into the problem-solving process.

We’ve all been there – trapped in the “got a minute?” cycle of leadership with back-to-back meetings. It’s exhausting, isn’t it? It might work in the short term, yet it doesn’t allow for true growth. The real magic happens when we create an environment where our team can coach themselves, where they’re empowered to find their own solutions.

We’ll set goals that resonate with our deepest values, and we’ll learn to give feedback that inspires rather than diminishes.
And here’s the beautiful part: we’ll be doing all of this in a supportive, judgment-free zone. Because true growth happens when we feel safe enough to be imperfect.

Week 1: Telling vs coaching, principles of effective coaching; barriers to taking the time to coach.
Week 2: Being present, listening, insighful questions.
Week 3: Changing behavior and taking action; goals and obstacles.
Week 4: Skill development, accountability, and self-awareness.
